Nokia Asha 305 – defected handset from company

i have purchased a Nokia Asha 305 on 25/04/13. it was creating problem since starting after 5 days i have visited to Nokia care because it was hanging while.. they have upgraded my cells software and told me it will now work fine but issue was still same after an month the out going voice became poor again i went to c-care they told me the mouth piece of handset in not working it needs to be replaced and you have to submit Rs-525/- (my set was in warranty) i said i was under warranty so they told its companies policy if u have to get Ur handset repair in Nokia so you have to pay Rs- 525/- and we will provide u the warranty for another 1 year i deposited the amount and left my handset… after 16 days i got my cell back but when i checked it out the problem was still same .. after 2 days i again submitted my cell and got it after 11 days on august 14/08/13 but the issue was still same now finally 3rd time again have been submitted my handset on dated 17/08/13. now i m really fed up of all this and they need the handset to be changed by company but they r not changing it n again sent to me the same…. but now i will not going to receive the handset from c-care because i m suffering since 2 months and from the date of purchase i cant able to use the set for a month and problems were started kindly take some strict action and make my handset replaced… thanking you 9044730884 Shubham
