Junglee.com and eBest website – not refunding

Hello I did purchasing of Electrolux fridge from Junglee.com they transferred me to eBest website. they deducted my balance twice which was 12990=12990 they did not provide me any thing regarding my shopping. Now they are not responding any mail or phone calls. If by chance they pick up the phone they say you refund is in process but a month have passed away they are not giving my money back. i have to pay a fine of 1500 to my bank due to my money was deducted by my credit card.

    I have read your complaints and friends I am also facing similar issue.
    I have also been cheated by Junglee. Friends I am preparing an online petition for justice & getting our hard earned money back & putting this fraud in limelight.
