I have booked commercial unit 103 and 104 in Nyati Plaza under Nyati Enthral project.My registration was delayed for more then 3 months despite paying a huge amount of 76 lacs. The director Mr Harish Shroff gave me different dates for registration and kept delaying . Finally after 4 months when i cancelled the booking . He has still not refunded my money. Till today he doesn’t respond to my calls or emails and is not ready to give any confirmation about my refund.
He just says I will refund after the lockdown. We’re Nyati takes fresh booking online and their business transaction are working but they are not refund my money. My 76 lacs are in custody of Nyati Builders since November 2019. And I have tried to have conversations many times with Mr Harish Shroff but he is not ready to talk neither respond to calls, messages or emails. I need justice and need my money back
