Hi!!. I am Mithun Jaiswal
I placed an order and payment was confirmed on OFIY.com on 4 November 2018
My order ID “18552423”.
while placing order I talked to their support team toll free number “180030025110”. after placing the order I got a message from VK-eshops that “Dear Mithun, Your order 18552423 Is Confirmed & delivered within 7-8 Days”. Now 12 days has gone but not received any single information about the product delivery.
I tried to contact OFIY.com but not get any assistance/ response from the “OFIY”. toll free number is also out of response there is no one to take call for customer support.
