Sir myself SOURAV MUKHERJEE i have ordered one REDMI NOTE 9 PRO mobile phone from olx21.com by paying a prepaid amount of Rs12499/-…Today they have delivered me a backdated phone worth Rs 699/- only.Sir today i came to know that this AFRAZ ENTERPRIZE is a Mumbai based e-commerce organisation they previously operate a website named yesphones21.com where they had done same fraud activities..I have tried to contact them but they ave not given me any response..The phone number and email id both are invalid..Please take severe action against them otherwise they will not stop doing these activities…
