I am newbie for trading. I was checking the deposit & withdrawal process of olymp trade. I deposited money & after sometime I tried to withdraw them but in 24 hours they blocked my account.
I have mailed customer support team, they replied that in t&c clause 1.4 I violate the rule.
After that they want KYC.
I shared the documents. (Also got varified). Still I am not able to log in the account. My money is blocked.
Please help me
