Dear sirs,
I am anil kumar s/o sh. Kishan dev. Client id, oce/1335/t2. Plot no. Oce/ii/70, phase iii, new chandigarh extension, mullanpur, mohali, punjab.
We have purchase said plot and now we want to buid the house for which we have to make the map as per zoning layout of phase iii, new chandigarh extension mullanpur. We need full scanned sheet with details of all zoning clauses and it should be approved by chief town planner so that there should not be any illegal construction on said plot.
I have visited your chandigarh office but could not get the same. This is impossible to make the map without knowing zoning clauses. I have spent so much money to buy this plot and now i am helpless.
So here i would request you that please help me to get “zoning layout” scanned sheet.
