Omaxe group is a very big cheater. Never trust them and don’t even think of buying any property with them.
Seven years ago, i purchased a shop from them and after giving money for possession of shop, i was given shop no 186. But now, when i recently visited the mall, i got to know that they change my shop place without even telling. I inquired about the same so many times but they never responded properly. Till now, they don’t listen to my any complaint. They are not even willing to give rent and just keep on pushing years and years for rent to be received. Their staff is very rude and don’t listen to complaints and act as if they don’t have any fault.
Once your money is gone to them, their tone and promises will change. I will not recommend to anyone to buy property from it.
