the product which we received from the company is totally different from the picture and size is also different along with that quality is cheap so we given a request from mail id to refund the amount or to change the goods but neither trough your customer care end we are not getting and support nor from mail they give any reply always the mail is bouncing back. and i am forwading the exact message as screenshot of the mail also
