Hi,

Thanks for making the on-line facility to submit the complaint.
On 20th May 2016 at 3PM i got the courier delivery from Delhivery courier service

having the tracking AWB number 706810438863 for Order number OID89867.

I have ordered a Shirts (Rs 699/-) from www.OneDayDiscount.com and they have

delivered very poor quality shirts and they are already used shirts.

I have opened the shirts during the delivery only and i saw the the product and its

not the one which i am ordered it was totally different and its used shirts.

I told to Delhivery courier guy (ph: +91 7026099773) to return my money which i am

given to him during the delivery but he strongly refused to refund my money and he

told to contact Merchant for the same but at the same time when i am given the money

he could have refunded to me.

Here Delhivery courier service are helping them to cheat the online customers by

having the Cash on Delivery option. Now amount which i paid to Delhivery is paid to

Merchant and the merchant is not reachable by any means (Web site is temporarily

unavailable and phone number are switched off ).

There is no In-voice for the product which they delivered.

I request you to take strict action on Delhivery courier service and OneDayDiscount

website team (ph: +91 8683812859).

Delhivery courier services are providing the service to frauds by keeping Cash On

delivery option where frauds are taking the advantages of this. Without validating the

merchant they are providing the cash on delivery option.

I contacted Delhivery team but they have rejected by request to refund the money.

Please let me know if any further information is required to take strict action on

these guys.

I havr place order in dis site n they had given me some diff shirt which was used one n itz was in very bad condition n now i dnt have any way to get my money return back i had paid 800 rs n der is no contact to d seller soo now i going to consumer court n wil case on dis website as well as on courier service soo people who agree with me can support me n can case with me
