I have purchased one plus earbuds z and before accepting the order I have call one plus rep to ask if that didn’t work with my phone can I return that product and he told me clearly yes you can return it and get the refund for the same and I confirmed it twice. Now it didn’t work with my phone so I call them to return the product and they told me sorry you been misinformed but we dont that policy. I dont know but they are using their cheap tactics to sell the product it’s been really fraud they are doing with the customer and I have call record too for the same but they didn’t care about me. Please help me to get back the refund as it is really been annoying. Please check for the details below and also to mention they didn’t mention the origin of country in their official website purchase. But now I’m much more concerned about my money.
