This online supply company is a fraud and cheated us by charging an exorbitant amount to buy supply two neck breeze fans which are substandatd and one failed as well. When we called their customer care no, they promised to refund and accept return so long ascwe send them the front and rear photos of our credit card to refund to the related bank account, then they asked to press a link sent on the mobile, whereby they tried to take charge and withdraw Rs. 50000+ from that bank account, for which we got a SMS message and we immediately blocked the transfer on calling the credit card help desk. So instead of refunding our payment they tried conning us to transfer money instead from our credit card related bank account. Now they are not responding to the calls and are thereby left in the lurch!
