Hello Sir,

I have bought a watch from Jabong.com but they delivered a fake watch instead of original watch. Within 15 minutes of delivery I have place a complaint to Jabong and wait for response.
Now they are saying that they delivered original watch, however I did not receive the original one.

They are saying that they have video footage of packaging. I want that footage but they are not sharing the same.

Request you to please help me to get my money back or the original watch.
