onlinecombo.com – wrong product delivered and no refund initiated

I have ordered ” BRANDED SET OF 8 STYLISH T-SHIRTS, size xl” for Rs. 999/- from the website www.onlinecombo.com which I was suggested on social networking website. I’ve places order on 04/04/2016. My order order confirmation no. is 187028470031670 .
I’ve received my order on 15/04/2016 and found totally different product which was shown me before ordering besides that the size was also variant of all the eight t-shirts some were L size while others were M size but I have ordered XL size. As i’m aware on the return policy which means that the product return request must be within an hour of delivery of the product and when i came to place request they’ve provided a form will all the necessary details of the product. i filled the form and i got a mail from [email protected] written that ” This is to notify that we have received your query and it has been cancelled as you are not eligible for the same according to our policy. We anticipate your co-operation on the same” I don’t know why i was not eligible as i have asked for refund within 1 hour and despite receiving the wrong product. I again wrote reply but i dont got any sought of reply again and no action in this regard has been received yet.

So it is my humble request to you to please take a strict action and help me in getting my refund back. You must take strict action towards this site so that they won’t fool other people and play with their precious money.
