I have purchased new mobile phone on onlymobiles.com and the product received was not in the original packing of the mobile company. The product information given on the box was not clearly visible. When I checked the phone inside, it was having some stains on the backside. Moreover, when i checked the phone it was on and when i checked the camera shots, it was already having pictures of some other people. This means that the product was used by someone else before selling to me. When I tried to call customer care number, nobody answered my call. I called them so many time but no response. It is really frustrating.
