On 12th Aug 2020 I placed an order (Order #25641602) with OnshopDeals.com and made a bank payment of INR 2915/-. The product was anyway on the expensive side, but I needed it. I was suppose to receive it in 3-6 weeks. In Sep end when I contacted OnshopDeals post trying multiple times, they said due to Covid-19 imposed cargo movement issues the order delivery was delayed and I’d be receiving it in a few days. Again I called in Oct- same response. Remember reaching them takes forever because none of their 4 numbers are answered. Now it’s Feb 2021. I have neither my order, nor a refund of my payment, nor is the company responding to my calls. I have spent at least two hours trying every one of their numbers. This site must be shutdown immediately before more innocent customers fall prey to this scam.
