I had requested 3m covers on onshopdeala on first walk 2020. I had paid rs 11045 via card on same date. I was informed that the request will be conveyed to me by next about a month. I asked following one month and I was informed that lockdown has postponed conveyance of item and its universally dispatched. I again asked on what’s application no +[protected] and found same solutions. I was informed that I will get the item on twentieth may. When asked again I was given fourth june.. What’s more, again 12 th june.. Today is fourteenth june and I didn’t get any msg or mail in regards to the conveyance of item. Presently my cell no is evn not gone to on the request no. I have mentioned to drop my request now as they are not conveying in 105 days n discount the cash yet there is no answer neither on what’s application number nor on mail
I bought belts with onshopdeals.com on Feb ‘2nd 20.
I understand that the shipping might be delayed due to lockdown.I received my first belt on May 1st week.This happened only after repeated follow ups with them.
They were not even sharing the consignment number and when I got the 1st order, i found out that they had shipped just one week back.
Now Im waiting for the 2nd part of the same order.whrn I pinged in WhatsApp there was literally no response.
I am not getting response from them inspite of repeated follow ups.
Worst experience shopping with them.
Literally waste of time and money.
