I ordered for a Uhans V5 phone for sr citizen on 29th June 2020 and paid Rs2670 Order id 25629183 they confirmed via e mail [email protected]. Their message copy is attached. But after one month since 30th June to today 13th AUGUST i have sent reminder at least 10 times requesting to send the item or refund the amount but they did not bother to reply.latest on 11th August i sentb a reminder copy attached but they do not confirm delivery of mobile or refund of money.
I am a retired principal of a engg institute in GUWAHATI ASSAM and and about 82 years old. due to the present situation I only live on on line marketing. Other on line dealer are delivering material now a days as lock down is not there but this ONSHOPSDEAL does not care.
