I had ordered a red coat, an item of clothing around a 2-3 months back and paid them via their website portal. They are yet to deliver said clothing item. It’s been almost 3 months and all they can say is that they will update and update, and asking me to wait for weeks on end.
They are not willing to cancel the order nor refund me the money I have paid. Please advise and help me in the legal process by which I can recover my paid money.
