I am travelling from Trivandrum to Bangalore by Orange tour and travel bus. In the bus TV is not working. When I checked with the driver, he was drinking alcohol and said it will not work. I asked why then he said it will not work and simultaneously he was drinking and driving.Also when I opened the blankets it was smelling like anything and swear you cannot put on you..
I just want to say this is the worst service and it should be banned. Also by seeing this drunken driver the journey is very unsafe.
