Dear Sir / Madam, I have purchased a flat in 3C Greenopolis (Tower 8, Flat 1002) in Gurgaon through Proptiger. I have paid more than 80% of the payment but my cash back has not been paid by Proptiger. They are citing the reason that you have not cleared their dues. I am in touch with Mr Hitesh Mankad for 6 months on this issue BUT no progress is made. I am unable to reach your accounts department as the toll free numbers are always busy. Tell me the way out.
