I have a broadband connection provided by Ortel communication.
Everyday I experience the problem of the modem getting offline and no internet connection. Everyday I need to call the customer service and they say the issue will be resolved in 24 hours. I am not sure what takes them so long to get it fixed. I have been dealing with this issue since the day I had the connection. I am really fed up with the service. Inspite of the unlimited plan, I am unable to do my office work due to this problem. All they do is Lodge a complaint and provide a complaint ID. That’s it. They forget about it. The customer facing this issue everyday is not their problem. Rather solving it for the time being is their motto. They have no interest in getting this fixed once and for all. I went through their website. Out of 217 complaints, they have been able to solve 5 of them! How quick? Aren’t they? Why do they have to come to broadband service provider industry when they can’t help their consumers in enjoying a hassle free service?
