I met with Dr. Amruta Chougala on March 14th to discuss the implantation of my zirconia bridges, and the following day, I paid for them using the EMI option.
By March 25th, Dr. Akhil Nair completed the implant. The follow-ups were not completed correctly after that.
The invoice was not delivered on schedule; it took them a month to share it, and they included incorrect information. As a result of this incomplete and delayed submission, my insurance claim was denied.
Since my front four teeth are implants, they needed more than 15 days to make temporary bridges, even after my request. On April 11, they were able to finally fix it.
On June 9th, they replaced an abutment screw, and that same day, an impression was obtained. They verified that in five to seven days, I will receive permanent Zirconia bridges.
June 23rd is when the bridge arrived. I’m not at all happy with the size or color. We asked that the bridge be made smaller and that the gum color be changed to a white hue that matched my teeth. It does not even fit my teeth and has a more protruding appearance.
They did not even have the patient to listen to us as I was explaining the correction; instead, they hurried us out of the clinic. We essentially remain in front of Dr. Amruta Chougala until she ends the call.
On the road, we were expressing our concerns. I’m very unhappy with this service. They took their time with each process.
They didn’t even give us a call to let us know the news. I was the one who made the calls for RCS, Temporary bridged, Corrected bridged, Invoice, and so forth after making the payment.
They requested to visit their clinic by July 16th.
The bridge does not even appear to be modified from what I saw. They haven’t changed the size, color, or gum color on top. Still it does not fitted on my teeth.
They act as though we were unaware of the color correction. They attempted to persuade me that I had the wrong bridges.
They took my impression, my color sheet, and everything else again after I rejected.
I’m a working woman who finds it difficult to go to the office and interact with people because I don’t have front teeth. I have been waiting for the correct bridges for over a month.
The implantation of lower teeth is also on hold. I have doubts about their ability to complete it correctly.
In order to complete all of my zirconia bridges, I need a complete and quick process. In addition, I asked for my money—Rs. 63000—to be returned.
because I am extremely dissatisfied with the care we received and the way Dr. Amruta Chougala treated us.
Here, I paid money, and the doctor treated me disrespectfully. They ought to be in charge of alerting the patient if there is a delay. They haven’t shown us much respect or kindness.
