I have purchased a flat at Ostwal Orchid Bldg no. 8, I got very bad experience of customer support and delivery. The solar system he installed is not working at all. now already more than 3 years happen after possession he is delaying the society formation as he is having some legal issues with the land title. He is now using the Ostwal Orchid 8 premises for construction of his new phase as the other land owner is not giving him access to his plot. And I purchase a car parking from him and now as the construction is going on he is asking me not to park my vehicle at the my own parking due to expecting damaged without doing alternative arrangements, now everyday material from construction site is coming on my vehicle. I need your help in this. in addition to complaint above important point which is related to property tax, due to builders mistake for filling details with corporation, corporation charging us property tax on super built-up since past 3 years and builder is not helping us to rectify this. When we are asking corporation to amend this, corporation guy saying us 1st ask your builder to get paid all the 400 owners property tax and then they will rectify this. Please help us in resolving this issue
