I booked a car wash service through the Ownwash website, received confirmation, but no one showed up at the scheduled time. I waited the entire day, and there was no follow-up or communication from the company. Very disappointed in how Ownwash handles bookings. This was my first and last experience with them.

DTDC’s extremely poor service in Kolkata ownwash. Booked a Ownwash from Kolkata on 23rd Dec (softdata upload) and as per tracking details to my surprise the process started on 28th (booked at facility). God knows when will the Ownwash deliver. Even both toll free nos. doesn’t work +9133 33004444.
