This is a grievance I am reporting against your company. When I placed the offer I was under the impression that a freshly baked plum cake will be sent however what you have sent is a 330g Unibic plum cake which costs Rs 142 n for that I was charged Rs 839 just for the cake alone with delivery.
How can you cheat customers this way, on the image you have not mentioned that it’s gonna be a unibic cake. If I wanted to give a unibic cake I could have ordered it myself from Instamart why did I have to use your platform.
This is plain fraud and I will make sure i share this experience with people on all social media platforms with the images from your site and showing what you have sent so people can know what kind of fraudulent activities this company is running.
You should be ashamed of cheating customers this way.I tried calling the number you have given to reach customer care but noone bothered to receive, no wonder you’ll are running a fraud business… If needed I will raise a consumer court case against this. It’s not about the money but the manner in which you think you can cheat customers.
