Hi,
I ordered a gift worth at rs 1148 from the website called oye gifts as the website claims that in a city like Mumbai it will be delivered in 2 to 3 hours . The order placed was on 3/4/2024 . But after the payment has been done my product hasn’t been delivered as also the websites shows some errror , no one is responding to mails/ calls.
The only message I got through mail was my order is confirmed , further no response.
