I am into lease agreement with Oyespace – JABM Onesource Pvt Ltd for a 3BHK flat in Electronic City Phase 2. Trusting the deceptive words of Anvesh (Regional manager, Oyespace) and Shivakumar (Manager, OyeSpace), I arranged 16Lakhs by taking personal loan and given them 16Lakhs in January 2020 for a lease of 2 years tenure for which I am repaying the loan in EMIs every month. I have the lease agreement for the same. They promised to manage all the issues with the owner of the flat and pay him rent along with maintenance without fail. But the owner starting complaining me that they are not paying the rent on time. They have not dispatched their responsibilities at all. Since June 2021 I have been warning Shivakumar and Sunil More Shivaji Rao (MD, OyeSpace) to close my lease and return my amount. They harassed me so much and were not ready to accept termination. Now all of their phone numbers are switched off and even the Oyespace office is locked. Owner of the flat is also asking me to vacate the flat. Where should I take my family. I cannot afford to move out without getting my lease amount back.

Sunil More Shivaji Rao seems to have served various positions in software companies like Capegemini. His last role was Director as I saw in LinkedIn and now his profile is also missing from LinkedIn. I am aware the Shivakumar stays in Prestige Norwood Apt in Electronic City Phase 1 and Sunil stays in Ajmera Apt in Electronic City Phase 1, but not sure of exact flat numbers.

I feel helpless now as this is a big loss to me and my family. Please help us resolve this matter 🙏
