I checked into day inn oyo room chennai on 3rd april in chennai (Id zovt4682). The hotel and the room were nowhere close to the image and reviews that were put on oyo. The staff was unruly and fearing my life i checked out within 15 minutes. The unruly staff however made me pay the full amount of rs 6385 for the 2 rooms for the duration of 2 days that i had booked in. I paid the money and attaching the invoice and the check-in details of the same. However when i called the oyo customer care they keep telling me that there was a no-show and despite them seeing the invoice copy on their system they keep telling me that the property has put a no-show on my booking. I have called atleast 10 times and everytime i get the same answer that a senior manager will call me back. I got an email from mr. Arijit (Who i have marked on the email) asking for a copy of the invoice. But nothing has moved post that mail.
Kindly let me know why i am being dragged into this mess and when i will get my full refund
