I had booked a room in Mangalore for 2 days using oyoroom[BookingId:YGUA3872]. the images which listed out in oyorooms were the executive delux and the actual one was entirely different from that. The hotel had provided a room which was having stinging smell and the towels were not clean. I had raised complaints to oyo support and they didnt help me to resolve issue. Since it was formidable to stay back in room, I decided to move out. But oyo rooms were not ready to refund the amount or not helped to move to a new hotel with amount which I already paid.

They had looted my money and was asking to make a new booking with full payment to refund the other, and they were not giving assurance of complete refund.
