Oyo Rooms
I paid Rs 856 for a room that I had reserved through the Oyo app on June 4, 2023 at the hotel Oyo Townhouse 810943 Saket Residency (booking ID: EWDK6634), but the manager would not let me check in, claiming that all of his rooms were already taken. I complained to Oyo customer support, who said that the refund would be reflected to me in 7–14 days, but the 14 days have passed and I still have not received it.
I’ve tried calling and writing to their customer service, but neither method has yielded a satisfactory response.
Please take the necessary action to return my money.
