OYO Rooms
This is to inform that we had booked a oyo room in Varanasi on 1st of Jan, 2022 through oyo reservations. But when we reached the hotel at 10:30pm at night they didn’t allowed us to stay telling to talk to oyo as the booking was wrongly done and there was no vacancy.
We tried reaching to oyo but the customer care response was pathetic and unprofessional. They didn’t entertained us and we were left wandering what to do next in the middle of the night. We didn’t got the money refunded as well.
This is not the first time it had happened with us. The same thing happened long ago in Haridwar as well in 2019. The Oyo as a company used to be my favorite before 2019 but now after these experiences i have found out we have lost confidence.
The hotel Management and the oyo are not in sync anymore and these types of issues pops up everywhere. And due to their pathetic agreements we have to suffer.
This is too much now and i will definitely going to raise this on a higher level. Due to their lackdaiscal attitude and pathetic service we were left to go nowhere in a strange city and left stranded.
And secondly they didn’t even bothered to refund the money or change our hotel. I am extremely unhappy with their services and want them to be penalized for this situation which affected my mental and physical well being and compromised my safety as i was roaming all the night with my wife to search for a hotel after that and all the hotels were fully booked.
It was the worst new year 2022 for me thanks to Oyo rooms. Request you to kindly take action on them.
