Oyo Rooms
I had booked one Oyo room in Safe Hotel, Kadavanthara Metro Station, Pillar no.776, Kadavanthara, Ernakulam, Kerala. Due to some personal reasons I had to cancel the booking. then I got one message from OYO that the refund will be transfer in your same mode of payment 7-14 days i said OKAY. This booking was made on 10 10 September 2022. And today is 29 september 2022 i have not get any single rupees of refund from oyo whenever i call oyo customer care they say the amount will be refunded. Oyo is not giving me my money back iThe amount of one room were 552 rupees. It’s not a small amount for me. i have called oyo almost 10-15 times in this month. Now I am not able to speak to the customer care office. They are neglecting my call. I am afraid. Actually, I trusted OYO, but they are not addressing my issue. Issue is same status is same nothing changed. My booking ID- 092J7452.
