I want to file complaint against oyo rooms maine 31st Dec 21 ko ek room book kiya tha oyo app se. Oyo ke aap me option dete h vo filter ka maine filter me local id accepted select karke search kiya.
Ek room book kiya jab hum hotel pe pahunche toh unhone bola ki local id accept nai karte vo humne oyo customer care pe call kiya toh vo bole vo refund nai kar sakhte vo dusre hotel me shift karwa denge extra charge jo bhi hoga vo dena hoga.
We said ok. Hotel room ka price 1200 tha unhone bola 1000 dena hoga apko hamne pehle hi 1000 me room book kiya tha. we said we will not give this much amount because we have already paid the full amount before.
And book they didn’t gave any solution and didn’t refunded the money we didn’t had money we had to suffer a lot because of that.
