I have booked hotel from OYO rooms with seeing the nice HD quality video and offered facilities.

1.Room condition: Pathetic, wall painting are dusty and not properly done. furniture in room is 4th hand and substandard not having proper coloring/painting. There is not self to keep the clothes. Bathroom do not have tap only shower and looks to be very old.
Ac in room were not working and very old and rusted condition, photo shows the condition.
2. Restaurant : They have mentioned restaurant but they only serve puri sabji and bread butter. This is just like road side shop.

3. Bar : They have said mini bar and also bar in restaurant, but there is no mini bar in room even the small freeze in room looks to be very old/rusted and not sure whether working or not.

4.Swimming pool: Very dirty and in pathetic condition. Photo will give the proof.

I have notified my disappointment to hotel reception and also OYO call center. I got a call from their manager in Gurgaon and they started giving justification. Finally they said they can’t refund and cant do any thing. I have spent that night some how and vacated next day morning leaving my one more days hotel stay wasted.

I have suffered huge loss mentally and also monetarily. I think these people takes customer for ride and please take action and ban these organization not fit for doing business in india.
