hi,
i am Dhorai Raj i actually have booked a room fro OYO ROOM on 11th Nov to 12th nov and my ORDER NO: MVW9286 HOTEL 1410 COUNTRY CLUB BAGUMPET I have canceled up customer care and cancelled immediately then they, OK we will refund you amount immediately please provide your account details and as they said i reverted to the mail they have sent and provided all my account detail sand after that i was been waiting for a week still i haven’t received any amount and i call them up after every 7 days regularly and they always tell the same this its on process sir you will receive as son as you hang the call or with in 7-14 working days.
I even called up customer care many times and sent mail top id of OYO hey always tell the same reason.
its been more than a month I am facing problem on same thing and you always tell the same reasons like your transaction is on process sir you will receive in immediately and then another call I will get telling 7-14 working days and tell all fake stories.. and make me wait on the same reason if I am not receiving today I will defiantly have to approach consumer court and case a file on this particular quarry though the money is small amount the way you are the way you are fooling customer and coming up with different fake stories is wrong and cant bare this anymore.
please kindly do the needful.
