Ordered Black color Hairline stamp Eyebrow Shadow Stick on COD from the website https://www.packcarts.com. After making the payment and opening the parcel, we got Brown color instead of black. Tried to call customer care no 9867482164. It says this number does not exist. Tried emailing to [email protected], but email got returned as undelivered. As per return policy, its mentioned to return the product for replacement. This product was shipped from different address which also looks like fake. INVO retails, plot no 122, Basement D block, Sector 7, Noida. What shall be done. I want my refund but afraid to return and spent another 150 rs on courier to see it disappear forever. Amount spent on the product is Rs. 799/-
