I have invested an amount of rs. 50000 under the real estate scheme in oct 2011. As per the scheme i had to remit this amount for five or six yrs. On completion of the period i will be allotted float. However, within few months thereafter, some bad news about this firm started aired. Hence i stopped further payment & thereafter it was my attempt to get back my deposit. Meanwhile an office at trichur in kerala shutter down. This increased my doubts.. I made complaints one after another in this site. But no response received so far. Today i got an information that arrangements are being made to refund the deposit upto rupees one lakh. What i have to do to get back my fund.
