Sir,
I had invested rs.1, 00, 00/- in policy no -AF 10 B 5240978 on dtd 22-04-2009, under payment plan number and term C3-7 yr 0 M for 200 sq. yard registration no. U229061733 (Copy enclosed), which is matured on 22-04-2016 with maturity amount of rs.22, 807/- (Approx). About 1 Year & 3 month has passed but i am still waiting the maturity amount of Rs. 22807/- Plot as 200 sq yrd. Released in favour of me. (Parmanand Kori)

Registration number of the bond is AF 10 B 5240978 on dtd 22-04-2009, . It is requested to release my matured due amount in my name as PARMANAND KORI and arrange to send my residence
