My husband late Mr. P Avataram (who expired on 9-02-2017) invested vide S.No. DJ.B. 4594760 dated 11-11-2010 Rs.62500/- and S.No. DJ.B. 4594761 Dated 11-11-2010 Rs. 30000/- both
expired on 11-11-2014. Now we are not finding the particular
agent and request you to make payment to me as I am the nominee. The necessary copies of certificates and death certificate for information and necessary payment.
