I am Viorica Gonsalves having 2 Certificates in the Name of Viorica Gonsalves & Juvella Gonsalves with No U043015521 dt 30/04/2007 receipt No F0185124 & U043016440 Dt 28/08/2007 receipt No F0196072 . I have submitted the original copy of the certificate in your Goa office on 22/11/2014 but till date i Have not received any reply from the office.i have sent on line complaint but still no reply.
