Paid but not received my product, Ad on Quikr

I watched an ad on Quikr about PS4. They sell it in 12000. I contacted them. They asked to contact them via WhatsApp. So i did. Then they asked for 50% advance. I paid 6000 via paytm to James Brown and contact number is 8860166347. Then they said they are facing some custom problems and said to pay 3000 more, i paid. Next day they said to complete the payment. I argued, but i had to pay. I paid complete 12000. Then they blocked me from WhatsApp. I paid 9000 to above mentioned number and rest 3000 to under given account.
