Palmarinha Resort Calangute – help me !

Hi my name is Disha I was an employee of palmarinha holidays in Goa since april 2013 to December 2013.In the month of december my managing director asked me to empty my accomodation n leave on the spot telling me that they will call me back 10-15 days which they never did. And my commission which overall goes above a lakh is not been paid. Now noone of them receive my calls nor do they reply to my messages I am waiting since 2 months but nothing is changing.I am the one who takes care of my house and family.And also i came to know that they are running a scam promising people a lot of things making them buy their product and then they dont even give services.Please help me !
