Dear Sir, This is in connection with the recharge done for my mobile number 9725683948 on 04-01-2022 for Rs.678/-. The same was urgently done in order to keep the online classes of my child going without interruption. The screen shot of the same is attached below for ready reference. . The recharge was done through PANgramCash. However, though the amount was debited from my bank account, the recharge was not done and accordingly, the same had to be done again. Till date the refund has not been received. I request you to please check your records and refund the amount at an early date.
