Against my order No. 4482 and payment transfer of amount INR 1762.92 to online shopping site M/s Parindafab dated 9.05.2021, the site happens to be a cheater and fraud. The shopping site in violation to the customer friendly protocol, neither committed to deliver the product, nor refunded the payment. Further, the available contact person from the customer service again played faul by asking banking secret details. Furthermore, despite trying humbly to approach through email, no response is yet received and surprisingly the site has now been blocked. Copy of order placement details are attached along with.
It is requested that kindly do the needful. If required kindly direct me way out to approach Indian Cyber Crime Department for lodging complaint as it is not the matter of cheating with me but concern about the millions of my country counterparts who fall /may fall victim to these online cheating sites. Such an incident has caused a trust deficit in me for other online shopping/payment/banking sites viz. Amazon, Flipkart etc.
