I’m writing to express my disappointment with the Parvati Makeup Base I received. The product packaging looks great, and I’m excited to try it out, but unfortunately, there’s a major issue. The product isn’t filled to the expected level – there’s a cap-like structure at the top, and the container is mostly empty below it.
To give you a clearer picture, I’ve attached a video showing the product from different angles. As you can see, the product is only filled up to a certain point, and the rest of the container is empty. This is really disappointing, especially since I paid Rs 250 for it.
I was expecting a full container of product, given the price and the packaging. It’s frustrating to see that the product isn’t as it should be. I’m requesting a replacement or a refund for the product. I’d appreciate it if you could look into this matter and take necessary actions.

I’ve tried contacting Parvati Collection through their social media, but I haven’t received a response yet. I’m hoping you can help me resolve this issue.
