I have placed an order for a saree from prashanthi sarees, chennai on31/05/2019 through online and rs1340/was debited from my account with reference no igaggdup12. But i have not received any order number. When inquired, prashanthi sarees said that they have not received the amount. I shall be glad if you will kindly arrange for a refund of the amount.
Rs.146/ deducted my account against of Mobil recharge of Jio but yet not credited in Account.
Without information amount debited from my account. Kindly refund back my amount in my bank account
