On line Max life insurance pay had to be done on 24.04.2025. I logged into www.maxlifeinsurance.com and on entering the mobile phone number and date of birth found the details of my due premium of amount Rs. 62008.64 with policy number and proceeded for payment thru net banking which went smoothly and log in page of my bank appeared on t he screen. On filling user ID and password the payment page appeared and with amount. an OTP had to be filled as in normal net banking payments which I received in my mobile. On filling the OTP payment successful message appeared and system shifted to the Max Life page where payment failed something went wrong message was coming with Transaction ID REN240425WS87107639975. The amount Rs 62008.64 has been debited from bank and payment status in the Maxlife is still failed after passing two days i.e. on 26th April 2025. On checking my bank statement the amount has ben credited to AOMINB/PASFAR_TECHNOLOGIES_PRIVATE_LIM. I have no knowledge about this company whether it is payment agent of Max Life or not. On checking with Google found that this is Bangalore based company.
Kindly take necessary action so that either the debited amount is credited to Maxlife or to my bank account. please do the needful.
