I was employed with this organization that claims to be a company. Pat Engineering is run by managers who are completely rogue.
The rogue managers with this organization will not honor the employment contract; they will lie to you and threaten to have you arrested only for asking for things that were promised in the contract.
One of the rogue managers Gauri will pretend to be a nice person but in fact she is a very evil person who is unprofessional and dishonest.
The most unpleasant part is that most of the workers are paid very low salaries and don’t know how to fight against the company manager.
Even my salary was not paid on time, I always got my salary 1 month late.
When I put my resignation in the company contacted the police department and told them many lies about me and this cause them to have criminal charges on me for run-away worker, and I was not, I just wanted to leave the company and go back home because I found Pat Engineering to be a very bad company to work for and I seen every day how this company treat the other workers.
This company put my passport with the police and I go to pick up and I am in jail almost 3 months before I can go home to my family.
I didn’t even get my salary for 2 months and I told Gauri I need my salary to give food for my family she said that’s not her problem very bad this lady manager.

I was one of applicant for the position of ELV Engineer. As I check the website of PAT Engineering it shows that its a American company but to my surpirse its not.Very far from what it shows in ther website. And worst is most of the applivat waited for more that one hour and interview will last only 5 minutes and worst interview i had with the Executive director Shrawan
pat engineering: Gouri and Tawari are most liar employer I ever had. Promises at the begin but nothing happen PAT management worst from HR, Admin, ACC Project. Job offer letter after Rp Contract different they cheat a lot. No overtime pay but Tiwari asked to worked until midnight.Cheating and very lier company even my CV they changed and add some information which not tru. Cant even pay the salary on time as they promised during the interview. PAT is the living proof of LIAR COMPANY. From website to the management. This kind of company wont last.. CHEATER…
