Patanjali Ayurved — No confirmation of the order even after the payment done online

Sir I am Subramanian from bangalore I had donwnloaded the patanjali app from playstore on 10 / 03 / 16 and ordered for few products costing Rs 210 including the delivery charges and I had received the message from the bank that the amount has been debited from my account and credited to patanjali Ayurveda, but I have not received any confirmation of the order from patanjali. I tried to make calls to the customer care number but no one is receiving the calls and also send a detailed mail to them but no reply. So I hope you could help me out I this regard
